We are proud to announce that
along with our excellent Powder Coating service we now offer Spectrachrome.
It has a highly durable finish that contains 96% chrome. We can chrome nearly anything you wish, from plaster, metal, wood,
plastic, or whatever strikes your fancy. |

|
 |
A Spectrachrome coating can be
achieved in just 4 easy steps.

(1) The item is sprayed with a primer.
This is a gas tank that
has been prepped
and the basecoat (primer) applied.
(2) It then needs to cure for 24 hours |

(3) It is sprayed with the silver
layer.
This is after the gas tank
was sprayed
with the silver solution.
(4) Now we put a UV protective Clear-coat.
This is a layer of silver trapped
between the
two layers of paint (the primer
and Clear-coat). |
|
The whole process usually takes between 3 to 5 days

We also provide the option of
putting a splash of color over the chrome.
There are 7 different pigments to choose from, but these colors
can be mixed and applied before the Clear-coat.

Check out this eagle head, made of
pot metal, that we chromed.
The first picture has been sandblasted,
and the second picture is the final product.
Unlike conventional chrome vats, which are restricted to metal,
we are able to chrome any
surface.
